One of the main problems of Moscow’s social space is a lack of communication. Citizens cannot discuss what they actually want in the city — there is no platform for such discussions. The film is about the research results of Strelka’s graduate Andrey Goncharov: he carried out a project of a virtual game, a mega-stimulator in which the city is managed through a balance of interest between different groups: residents, developers, architects, bureaucrats, businessmen, environmentalists. And decisions, for example on the construction of a parking under the Pushkin Square, or the demolition of Peter I on Bolotny Island, are taken ​​in accordance with the number of likes.
